Welcome to the Adobe Photoshop 6.0 Tryout. This version of Adobe Photoshop is intended to give you a preview of the features of Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and Adobe ImageReady™ 3.0. It includes nearly all of the core features found in the full retail version, except that it will not allow you to save, print, export, copy files to other applications via the clipboard or use drag and drop to copy images to other files. Furthermore, to minimize its size, this tryout version includes only a small sampling of the plug-in filters effects, sample files, and preset libraries that are available with the full version. The full version of Adobe Photoshop 6.0 includes a total of more than 95 different effects filters, over 30 sample files, and 25 preset libraries containing hundreds of presets. Adobe Photoshop 6.0 requires PowerPC®-based Macintosh® computers with Mac OS® software version 8.5, 8.6 or 9.0, or Intel® Pentium® class PC’s running Windows® 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT® 4.0 (Service Pack 4, 5, or 6a required), or Windows Millennium. You should have at least 64MB of RAM installed on your system to run Adobe Photoshop or Adobe ImageReady separately. We recommend that you have 128MB of RAM to run the two applications concurrently.
